The Renaissance Executive Forums Colorado Top Executive program is the cornerstone of our business.

A membership in the Top Executive Program gives each participant access to the information and tools needed to stay current and focused in today’s competitive business environment.

Top executives can have a difficult time keeping up with all that they need to know to effectively operate and grow their businesses. Day-to-day pressures can keep them from the “important, but not urgent” part of running the operation and planning for the future. They may have the desire to learn more, to get new ideas, to get feedback from trusted advisers – they often don’t have the time or the resources. And it’s lonely at the top.

No one within the company can really help the CEO with fresh ideas, not only because they will usually tell them what they want to hear, but because they themselves only see what’s within the company. So the CEO faces these challenges alone.

This is where Executive Forums comes in. Our program provides these business leaders with the chance to spend concentrated, focused time in a safe environment with their trusted peers, doing high quality sharing of ideas, and learning new tools and systems that can help them take their companies to the next level – and beyond. Think of it as an ongoing M.B.A. program.

Each top executive participates in a Forum Group consisting of 8 to 12 other chief executives from non-competing companies.

These forums meet monthly for half day sessions. In addition, there are coaching and personal development components of the Top Executive Membership.
